How To repair any A.C Electronic Machine very easily in an easiest way
Yes its true today i will show you how to repair any machine easily without any mechanic help.
First thing you need to think while repairing something is tools you have to buy some tools to repair any electronic items.
So firstly before opening any machine you need to check whether its working or not so Q-How will you check?
Ans.Its easy through a series circuit
Q-But what is a series circuit?
Ans.A series circuit is a connection of bulb connected in series.
Q- How to make a Series bulb?
Ans.Its very easy to make a Series connection just follow below procedures.
You need to buy following components:
1. Bulb (Usually 100 watts)
2. Bulb holder
3. Two wires 8ft in length with different colours.
4. Two wires 2 ft in length with same colour.
5. Two-pin plug best quality
Procedure to make it is below:-
@. Connect bulb connection normally which you connect
@.Now check it working or not.
@.If worked remove one wire from the holder
Note: Remove wire from holder not plug.
@. Now connect 2ft same colour single wire with the wire removed and insulate it properly now also connect same colour single 2ft wire with the holder.
@. To check it blowing or not connect Two pin plug on the circuit board and short these two same colour wires if it blows on short circuiting your circuit is completed successfully if its not blowing check connections.
Note: Please follow proper connections said by me.
Q-How to test an A.C Machine through this circuit?
Ans. Connect those same colour 2ft wires with the machine plug which you want to check if the bulb blows your machine is good, If your machine is working but bulb is blowing slowly it also means your machine is good, if bulb is not blowing and machine not working then its a fault.
Inthis way you can easily check an A.C (Alternating Circuit) Components parts very easily.
Note:This method is only helpful in checking A.C parts like mixture machine,bulbs, transformer,Drill Machines, Blowes,Fans,A.C Capacitors,etc and components which you should not is D.C electronic components like diode,resistor, etc please avoid checking these components to avoid damage.
